Bianca Michetti (Co-owner)
Bianca was recognized in the book of “Who’s Who” which mentioned her outstanding efforts towards children in her care. Bianca has numerous commendations from past employers and parents. She is an active member of Casa which is a court-sanctioned special advocacy group for young children. Bianca is also a member of the Association of Private Daycares of Quebec.
Bianca Michetti studied Early Childhood Education and worked as an educator for close to 6 years as well as being a director for 7 years now.
Ann Franceschini (Co-owner)
Ann is a successful entrepreneur, who particularly distinguished herself in the management and the process of transformations in retirement homes.
With extensive experience in marketing, she participated in the development of several companies who experienced successful growth and in market consolidations.and consolidating market.
Micheline Morin (General Administrative Assistant)
My name is Micheline Morin. I work as an Administrative Assistant for the Biamel Daycares. The Children affectionately call me Grandma. This warms my heart.
Several years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Bianca Michetti, she invited me to be part of her team for the opening of her first Daycare in 2009. My Grand-daughter was the first child registered at the Daycare, and she just left last year to begin Kindergarten.
Since I have a Sercretarial background (for a long time); I take care of all Secretarial duties as well as other tasks dealing with the Administration of the Daycares. I would like to take the time to introduce myself.
My name is Vera Malschafsky. I am currently the Director of one of the Tresors de Biamel centers that is located on Taschereau .
One of my best achievements has been that I have been able to grow at les Tresors de Biamel. I have been part of this team for almost 10 years now. I have had the chance to see little ones grow and go off to school confident and thirsty for knowledge.
As your daycare director, my role is to ensure that your child receives a proper and personalized care. Amongst these responsibilities are also creating a respectful daycare environment for each child, taking into consideration their family values.
We have put in place an educational program that will be taught to your child through their journey at Biamel. As a qualified teacher, who has obtained my Early Childhood degree at Champlain College, I have the knowledge, experience and skills to ensure that your child receives a high-quality service that they deserve. 🙂

Audree Hurdle (Assistant Director, Les Trésors / Biamel II)
My name is Audree,
I am the assistant director of Trésors de BiaMel and BiaMel ll.
I have been working in daycare for 10 years. When I graduated from early childhood, I bought a house and I started my own daycare at home for a year.
Then I moved to Montreal and went back to school to do management of daycares providers at the same time of being an educator. After getting my diploma I replaced a maternity leave as a director. When my contract end, I become a flight attendant and was doing part time in daycares. I am now finishing another diploma in accounting to had more knowledge for my job.
Working in daycare have always been my thing. I am very happy to be part of BiaMel team and I will continue to work hard for you and your children.
Biamel V (Longueuil)
Annabelle Beauséjour (Director, Biamel V)
My name is Annabelle and I am Director of the Biamel V daycare center located at Métro Longueuil, I have the responsibility to take care of your children daily, to welcome them in a healthy and safe environment, and to create a partnership with you to promote the harmonious development of your treasures.
Here is a brief summary of my journey.
First of all, I started my journey by doing my early childhood education technique at Cégep Édouard Mont-Petit, where I graduated in February 2012, which gave me the sting of early childhood development. During my training, I worked on the St-Hubert army base with young people between the ages of 5 and 17.
Subsequently, I worked for 5 years as a qualified child care educator (private daycare and early learning center) and my need to know more about this exciting profession led me to undertake a BAC in education at UQAM for which I graduated in 2019. Finally, I also took a university certificate in human resources management at université TÉLUQ For 4 years now I have been part of the big family Biamel and I would be very happy to work with you to ensure that your child develops to the best of his abilities.
My door is always open to answer your questions or simply to get to know you and your children a little better. I look forward to meeting you.
Martine Bernier (Assistant Director, Biamel V)
My name is Martine Bernier and I am the mother of 5 wonderful children. I am currently in the process of completing my RAC which will be finished soon. I have been an educator for almost 17 years. I had my family environment for 10 years and now, it’s been a year since I’ve been part of the Biamel family .
I have worked with all age groups, so I am open to all changes. I am now Assistant Director at Biamel V, I love to have new challenges. Working with your children is very important to me. It is very important to me that the children thrive at the daycare, both in terms of safety and comfort.

Biamel IV (DIX30)
Nadia Ladouceur (Director, Biamel IV)
From a young age, I knew that I wanted to work with children. To see them blooming and growing is a magic moment that made me want to excel in this line of work. I obtained my certificate in early childhood at CDI College in 2014. This training helped me learn the core skills needed to properly manage and run a high quality educational program.
I began my experience teaching children more than 5 years ago and have had the privilege of seeing them evolve and grow has every year. I always love to see them gain the knowledge and social skills to begin the school on the right note. I’m lucky to have the opportunity to grow within my profession through the Biamel daycares’ family.
As director and qualified educator, my role is to ensure that your child receives a personalized education and care adapted to his/her needs. I am also responsible for fostering a secure and comfortable environment for you, your child, and your family values.
We have prepared an educational program learn by playing, which will be taught your child hanging their route among us. As qualified educator and director of Biamel IV, my role is to assure that this program is applied and that it brings several knowledges has your child and all this makes in a pleasant and dynamic way.
We have put in place an educational program that allows your child to learn while playing games, a modern approach to teaching. That said, my goal is to give a solid educational and social foundation to your child in a fun and dynamic way.
Elizabeth Gaipo (Assistant Director, Les Trésors / Biamel II)
I have been working for BiaMel for about 5 years now. I have worked in each of the daycare and learned that in each age group is a great feeling to be able to understand and care for children.
I have worked as a dance teacher as well and coached basketball for Duroucher high school. I played basketball for 14 years and also went to Champlain college. It is my pleasure to be able to take care of your little treasures.
Valérie Carpentier (Assistant Director, Biamel IV)
My name’s Valerie, but the kids call me Vava!
As early as the age of 3, I was already saying that I wanted to be a daycare educator.
During a summer, I worked in a respite home with intellectually disabled children.
When I turned 18, I met Francine, the educator I had on my own when I was 4 years old, who gave me my chance as an educator. I was an educator for 12 years. Needing new challenges, I was a Beneficiary Attendant for 4 years.
Since July, I am back to my first love.
What to Expect
We now have an app that, you can easily download on tablet, cellphone or access by computer. This app is great as it let’s you easily communicate with the teacher’s during the day. It can also, reassure you throughout the day by seeing a picture or little video of your child.
We’re equipped with a well trained staff which is able to communicate in English, French, Chinese and more! Express yourself freely with our team and maintain your childs ability to practice the language they speak at home.
