Meet Our Team

I’m Bianca Michetti, the Owner and Director of BiaMel educational daycare centers. I am an advocate for the highest quality care in early childhood education. My continuous mission is to provide a safe environment where children experience joy, love and have guidance as they explore and learn.

I have over 25 years of experience in early childhood education and was also recognized in a book called “Who’s Who”, which recognized my efforts in the industry. I have also received several awards that also acknowledged my work in the childcare field. I am also an active member of the CASA board, a court-sanctioned special advocacy group for young children. In addition, I am an active member of the Association of Private Daycares in Quebec.

Despite having three children of my own, I have been operating the BiaMel daycare centers for over 15 years!

Ann is a successful entrepreneur, who particularly distinguished herself in the management and the process of transformations in retirement homes.

With extensive experience in marketing, she participated in the development of several companies who experienced successful growth and in market consolidations.and consolidating market.

My name is Micheline Morin. I work as an Administrative Assistant for the Biamel Daycares. The Children affectionately call me Grandma. This warms my heart.

Several years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Bianca Michetti, she invited me to be part of her team for the opening of her first Daycare in 2009. My Grand-daughter was the first child registered at the Daycare, and she just left last year to begin Kindergarten.

Since I have a Sercretarial background (for a long time); I take care of all Secretarial duties as well as other tasks dealing with the Administration of the Daycares. Hi parents,

When I was four years old, I said I was going to be a daycare worker. I am 37 years old and have been doing this wonderful job for 19 years. I have worked in daycares in disadvantaged areas with children aged 6-12 years old. I have worked in several daycare centers as a substitute.

I am also lucky enough to be Nadia’s assistant for three years.

Hello, my name is Cecilia! I have been working in a daycare for about 7 years now. In 2022 I accepted a new position as assistant manager. I have studied to become a qualified educator and received my diploma in 2022. In 2023, I became a new mom to a little boy who is now in Biamel daycare:)

It’s with great pleasure that we take care of you and your little ones.

Ever since I was a little girl, my greatest dream was to work with children. I didn’t have an easy school career. So I’d come to terms with the fact that my childhood dream couldn’t come true.

3 years ago, on my 23rd birthday, I was given a wonderful opportunity to work with children without going to school. I couldn’t believe it. But I got the job.

So I started my job, which I’ve always dreamed of, on June 20, 2020.

I’m now 26 years old, and I’ve completed my CEGEP prior learning assessment course. I’ve become an assistant manager. I’m thrilled to be able to do my job, which I love and am passionate about, and to be able to learn more.

I am also the mother of 2 children with whom I have the chance to see them every day and to see them grow.

My name is Valérie, I have been working as an educator in the daycare for 3 years now. I am a very dynamic and warm hearted person. I love working with children. I had the opportunity to start my formation to become assistant director here at Biamel daycare.

I am very happy to accomplish this new challenge. You can always find me in butterfly class. It is with great pleasure that we take care of you and your little ones.

I am the Director at the Biamel IV daycare center located in Longueuil. I’m in charge of taking care of your little treasures by ensuring their wellbeing and proper development.

From a young age, I knew that I wanted to work with children. To see them blooming and growing is a magic moment that made me want to excel in this line of work. I obtained my certificate in early childhood at CDI College in 2014. This training helped me learn the core skills needed to properly manage and run a high quality educational program.
I began my experience teaching children more than 5 years ago and have had the privilege of seeing them evolve and grow has every year. I always love to see them gain the knowledge and social skills to begin the school on the right note. I’m lucky to have the opportunity to grow within my profession through the Biamel daycares’ family.

As director and qualified educator, my role is to ensure that your child receives a personalized education and care adapted to his/her needs. I am also responsible for fostering a secure and comfortable environment for you, your child, and your family values.

We have prepared an educational program learn by playing, which will be taught your child hanging their route among us. As qualified educator and director of Biamel IV, my role is to assure that this program is applied and that it brings several knowledges has your child and all this makes in a pleasant and dynamic way.

We have put in place an educational program that allows your child to learn while playing games, a modern approach to teaching. That said, my goal is to give a solid educational and social foundation to your child in a fun and dynamic way.

Hello, my name is Natalie Brethour and I have been working with children for 9 years. I have worked for children of all ranges including intellectual disabilities and have found my place in the infant room.

Since I was young I always knew I wanted to love and care for children whether it be my own or someone else’s. I am fortunate enough to have been blessed with a child of my own & the ability to care for so many more. I pride myself on providing a safe, welcoming, loving & patient environment for both parents & children. I am eager to embark on this journey & thankful for this opportunity.
